Make It A Mile Training Program
Make it a Mile is a Eleven-week program designed to help you begin your running journey on the right foot. The program includes a safe, guided training plan that will allow you to work at your own pace in a judgement free environment. With experienced coaches to guide you along the way and answer any questions you have. At Fleet Feet we believe that running changes everything! Join this program and see what running changes for you!
Program Length: 11 weeks
Schedule: Group meets 2 times a week:
Sundays at 4:00pm - Fleet Feet Traverse City Downtown - Thursdays at 6:00pm - At various Locations
Goal - To Inspire and Help You Become The Runner You Want To Be!
