Details about the training program
This program is suited for anyone that planning to do the She.Is.Beautiful 5k or 10k. Regardless if this is your first race or your hundreth we can help you get ready to take this race on no matter the goal. With training tracks for different paces (including walking, run/walk, run-continuous, and competitive), levels of experience, and goals (from completing the race to PRs), the Fleet Feet 5k/10 Training Team is a great option for everybody and every body!
Fleet Feet's team of experienced running coaches will check in with you at every training run to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized coaching. Training groups will be small, so you'll have plenty of one-on-one time with your coach.
We welcome any new runners and walkers to our programs, but we do recommend being able to run, walk, or use a combination of run/walk comfortably for at least 1/2 - 2 miles by the start of the program as a solid base for us to build on to reach your goals by the end of the program.
If you would like to join the program and are not quite to this mileage point yet, please reach out to Michael Charbonneau, Training Programs Coordinator, at michael.charbonneau@fleetfeet.com to discuss options to get you to your most joyful, empowered running, movement, and goals! We want you in this community!
