Where do I register? You can register now for this FREE run by clicking here. 

Can I attend the event if I have not registered prior to event day? Though we do recommend registering ahead of time, you can still come to the run even if you have not yet registered.

Is it free? YES! 

Where does the run begin? We will be meeting at Colonel Francis Beatty Park (Tennis Courts): 4330 Weddington Rd, Matthews, NC 28105

Where do I park? The above address brings you right to a parking lot where you can park for free. Make sure you go to the parking lot where the tennis courts are located as there are a few different parking lots. We will also be gathering at this same spot before heading out for our run.

Do I have to pay for parking? No, parking is free.

Do I need trail shoes? If you do not have trail shoes, no worries because TOPO will be there with us demoing their trail shoes which you can wear for the entire run!

What is the distance of the run? The run is ~5 miles

What if I have never run trails before? No problem! This run is meant for all runners, whether you typically run road or trails, and for beginner runners to more experienced ones, too!

Will there be food and water? Yes! We will provide light treats post-run and will have water for you. However, we do recommend you bring whatever hydration and fuel you need to feel comfortable on the run.
