We are honored to present the 2025 edition of our Spring Half Marathon Training Program. Below you will find details about our 12 week program. The training schedule begins in January and will prepare you for the Charlotte Racefest Half Marathon or any other half marathon you are training for during the same time period.
Progressive by nature, each week of training builds on the previous one slowly, consistently and safely. We promise to get you ready, keep you safe and make it fun the entire time.
Weekly Training Schedule:
Tuesday 6pm: Fleet Feet Fort Mill
Wednesday 6pm: Fleet Feet Myers Park
Saturday 7am: Fleet Feet Fort Mill AND Fleet Feet Myers Park
