Winning doesn’t just happen on race day. It’s every step before it. We’re here for the soft wins – the miles, the mindset and the moments that get us there. With Fleet Feet’s Training Program Powered by On, you’ll follow a holistic training plan designed to help you build the habits, mindset and fitness you need to cross the finish line feeling strong and empowered. Training for a half marathon isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A 15 week training plan led by our expert coaches
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to build strength and prevent injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from coaches and mentors on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more

Half Marathon Registration
Important Information:
- Dates: August 5th through November 15th, 2025
- Goal Races: Targeting the Charlotte Half Marathon, folks training for any other Half Marathon are more than welcome to join us
- Workout Days: Tuesdays at 6:00PM and Saturdays at 7:00AM - BOTH at Fleet Feet Fort Mill
- Cost: $150. This does not include the race fee.
Our Group Training Schedule:
- Tuesdays at 6:00 pm - Fort Mill - Workout Varies (Hill repeats, tempo runs, etc)
- Saturdays at 7:00 am - Fort Mill - Long Run
In addition to what you can expect as a participant, you will also receive:
- Weekly Newsletter with workout information and tips from our expert coaches
- Training Plan for your target race
- Safe and organized weekly group long runs with pre-planned routes, turn-by-turn directions, and coach/mentor led
- Coach led weekday workouts including Hill Repeats, Tempo Runs, etc, all scaled to your particular goal distance
- Extra sessions and clinics to go through training principles and topics, chat with some of our Community Partners, and provide more community
- Support from our Community Partners in Physical Therapy, Strength Training, Nutrition, Yoga, and more
Half Marathon Registration
Additional Information:
We will be having a 'Meet Your Coaches' info session on Tuesday, July 22nd at 6pm at Fleet Feet Fort Mill. This is a great opportunity to come meet your coaches, ask any questions you might have and meet a few friends who will be trainig alongside you this season! You do not need to RSVP for this. We hope you will come, chat and enjoy a few snacks with us.
