Announcement: Fleet Feet Suspended Retail Experience

We at Fleet Feet care about you, our employees, and the health of our communities.

It is our duty to be socially responsible to slow the spread of COVID-19 and thus we will be temporarily suspending our in-store customer experience beginning Tuesday, March 17 until Monday, March 30. We did not make this decision lightly and plan to continue to serve the Chicagoland running community and all of your running needs.

While in-store customer experience is temporarily suspended, we are finding new ways to serve your running needs:

Shop online: Make your necessary purchases online at fleetfeet.com. We will be rolling out same day delivery. Stay tuned for more information.

Curbside delivery: Call any of our seven stores to place a phone order and use our curbside delivery service. We can accept credit cards over the phone or at the point of sale.

Follow us on social media such as Instagram for updates.

Purchase a physical gift card via curbside delivery.

To achieve online and curbside service, there will be Fleet Feet Outfitters working shortened hours at each of our locations. They will be there to answer the phones if you need guidance on your next purchase. It is our plan to take care of our Fleet Feet Outfitters financially to the best of our ability.

Let’s keep running. As soon as possible we will provide content so that you can keep running and stay inspired to reach your goals. Please excuse the increase of email communication as the situation is constantly evolving. With your continued support, you are helping us pay our Outfitters and keeping our business alive. We encourage you to do the same for other local businesses in your community. Use their innovative services, leave large tips if possible, and listen to their voices. We as runners are the strong and healthy leaders in our community. Let’s show the world who runners are.
