- Wednesday workouts will be held at 6:30 pm with gear check available at Fleet Feet Old Town and runs starting from the Ben Franklin Monument. Workouts will be completed in the Lincoln Park Zoo Parking Lot and on the Lakefront Trail. We will also have a morning workout option held at 6 am on the Montrose Track.

What's the difference between the Fleet Feet Racing Team and the Fleet Feet Racing Performance Training Program?
The Fleet Feet Racing Team is a year long season with coached in-person Wednesday workouts, while the Fleet Feet Racing Performance Training Program is a specific marathon race-targeted training program with a weekly training schedule for 19 weeks. The Fleet Feet Racing Performance Training Program includes complimentary membership to the Fleet Feet Racing Team.
