OOfoam is different from the foam used in running shoes and most other footwear because it’s designed primarily to absorb impact instead of rebound quickly. This gives the feeling of your foot being cradled front to back, and side to side. OOFOS sandals’ shape hugs the arch, which releases pressure on the heel and forefoot and relieves stress on your feet, knees, and back. The soft, flexible OOfoam material enables your foot to flex naturally, which also relieves stress on your joints.
