The Microwaveable MojiHeat 4" Massage Ball Was Featured on the Today Show
We always knew this heat activated device was the bees knees.
This morning the 4" microwaveable MojiHeat massage ball was featured on national stage during The Today Show with Megyn Kelly. The episode focused on last minute gifts for the whole family. The segment kicked off with gift ideas for the man in your life. Matt Bean, editor-in-chief of Men's Health came out and the first thing he showed the crowd was the massage ball that's also featured in our holiday gift guide.
The MojiHeat massage ball, which also comes in a 2" model, uses therapeutic heat to ease muscle tightness and soreness, improve mobility, relieve pain and tension, increase blood flow, and trigger endorphins.
Just throw the ball in the microwave for two minutes and you'll get 30 minutes of heat. Place the ball on the floor or against the wall and apply pressure to the desired muscle. You can roll the ball in up and down, side to side, or in circular motions to find relief. You can also roll ball directly on muscles using your hand.
The 4" model is great for pecs, chest, shoulders, lats, back, hips, glutes, quads, and hamstrings. The 2" model is better for smaller muscle groups such as the feet, calves, upper back, hips, and arms.
They also help warm up your hands after a cold run. Stop by any Fleet Feet Sports Chicago to try one out before the holidays.
