It's hard not to derail your healthy eating habit during the holidays. The cookies, the drinks, the hearty and delicious food. Just thinking about it makes us drool. Showing up to our family dinners can wreak havoc on the fitness we've been building up. Sometimes family members don't understand our particular needs and don't adjust accordingly. 

We're here to help.
