4th Annual Donut Prediction Mile

Join us on Tuesday, November 26th at 6:30pm for our 4th Annual Donut Prediction Mile!

What's a donut prediction mile you ask? Similar to a beer mile, participants will eat one donut from Baked Beer & Bread Company, then run 1 lap around the Bettendorf High School track (1/4 of a mile) and then they will repeat. 4 times. Yes, 4 donuts, 4 laps, a whole lot of fun. To top it off, you can win prizes! That's where the prediction part comes in. You will guess how long it takes you to eat 4 donuts and run one total mile and the 3 people closest to the pin win an awesome prize from Saucony. It doesn't matter if you want to try to PR your mile time or walk, guess correctly and you'll be the champ. No watches or other ways of timing yourself are allowed so know your pace!

All participants will receive four delicious donuts from Baked, an exclusive coffee mug with a picture of AC Slater eating a donut (seriously.. who comes up with this stuff) and an invite to the post party at Crawford Brew Works where we'll have more delicious food from Baked and first Kolsch on us (while supplies last.)

With it being the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and kids not having school the next day, it's the perfect time to train your little ones for adventures in running when they get older! Bring them out for the Donut Hole 1/4 Mile, where they will eat one donut hole then run 200 meters, eat another donut hole and finish the last 200 meters. This is free for kids!
