Winter Warriors - January 21 - March 15
8 Weeks; Tuesdays @ 6PM, Saturdays @ 8AM
We'll spend eight weeks visiting 5 different local fitness facilities on Tuesday night. We'll visit each facility twice as we mix it up together when the weather gets rough! We'll also get outside for some cold miles as a group on Saturday morning. Winter Warriors is your solution to the toughest part of staying active and fit in the dead of winter. All abilities are welcome.
Spring Half Marathon - March 18 - May 24
10 Weeks; Tuesdays @ 6PM, Saturdays @ 7AM
We'll take ten quick weeks of coached, guided workouts to get you ready for a personal best at the Quad Cities Running Festival Half Marathon on Memorial Day. Options for beginner to experienced runners.
Beginner 5k - April 2 - May 24
8 Weeks; Wenesdays @ 6PM, Saturdays @ 8AM
Have you ever experienced the sense of satisfaction that comes with conquering a walk/run distance goal, together with like-minded peers? Running your first mile. Moving your body for an hour. Finishing a 5k event. If these things are new to you or seem out of reach, we'd love to invite you in to see what the fun is all about. Whether you're targeting your first ever 5K or returning to the activity after a hiatus, Fleet Feet has a beginner-friendly training program that will get you to the finish line!
This 8-week, coached, and guided program, offers a balance of run/walk workouts, cross-training, and rest days to gradually and safely increase your fitness to the end goal of a 5k. The group setting will provide the fun, motivation, and accountability needed to stay the course and enjoy your experience while accomplishing your goals!
Speed Development - May 15 - June 12 and July 10 - July 31
12 Weeks; Thursdays @ 6PM
This 12 week program is focusing on improving and strengthening your speed muscles. This program will meet once a week on Thursdays doing speed work. We will break for the Bix at 6 Sprint Trials, and our meet up on July 24 will be a shakeout run and hopefully participating and or cheering for our friends! Each week you will receive an informative video with movements and strength exercises to promote speed.
Fall Beginner Half Marathon June 10 - September 27
16 Weeks; Tuesdays @ 6PM, Saturdays @ 7AM
Together we'll work all through the summer preparing for the Half marathon at the TBK Bank Quad Cities Marathon. Your next or best half marathon is ahead of you! This is designated for people who are working toward their first half marathon.
Fall Seasoned Half Marathon - July 8 - September 27
12 Weeks; Tuesdays @ 6PM, Saturdays @ 7AM
Together we'll work all through the summer preparing for the Half marathon at the TBK Bank Quad Cities Marathon. Your next or best half marathon is ahead of you! This is designated for people who have once (or many times) completed a half marathon.

Together we'll work all through the summer preparing for the Full marathon at the TBK Bank Quad Cities Marathon. Your first full marathon is ahead of you! This is designated for people who are working toward their first marathon.

8 weeks of off-road exploring, touring the plethora of trail options we have right here in our own backyard. A great intro to trail newbies, or a fun structure to keep the experts outside and on the dirt as the days get shorter.

Destination Half Marathon Training - Winter 25-26
Running in the winter is hard, but with friends and a great race as motivation, we can accomplish it together. We'll take 10 weeks to train for an awesome destination half marathon: Austin International Half, formerly 3M. in Austin, Texas!
