
Speed Development - May 15 - June 12 and July 10 - July 31
12 Weeks; Thursdays @ 6PM
This 12-week program is focusing on improving and strengthening your speed muscles. This program will meet once a week on Thursdays to do speed work. We will break for the Bix at 6 Sprint Trials, and our meet-up on July 24 will be a shakeout run and hopefully participating and or cheering for our friends! Each week you will receive an informative video with movements and strength exercises to promote speed.
