
This group is ideal for runners looking to complete their first 10k or wish to improve their 10k time. To have the optimum experience, we suggest that you have completed one 5k and can complete a mile using run/walk intervals in less than a 13:30 pace.
The 10 week program begins Tuesday, May 13, in preparation for the Bix7 on July 26. You will receive coached sessions two times a week on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:00 AM. Additionally, registration includes weekly coaching emails, friendly pace-setters and mentors to keep you on track and provide encouragement, support and experience. You bring the ambition, and we will bring the coaches, training, and support. We won't leave anyone behind.
