Our 5k Training Program is designed to help you gain and maintain momentum. There are four levels of our 5k Training Plan to meet you where you are and then continue to grow. Whether you're looking for a couch-to-5k program, a new group of running friends, or you want to set a new personal record, Fleet Feet Des Moines has the program for you! Our 5k Training Group will hold you accountable, support you throughout your journey, and connect you with others who have similar fitness goals.
For just $75, you'll get 20 coached sessions leading up to the goal race of the Principal 5k with the Des Moines Marathon. This training groups meets two times a week. You will also receive access to mentors and running coaches as well as weekly emails; everything to help you every step of the way to reach your running goals.
Sessions are 6:00 PM Tuesdays and 8:15 AM Saturdays starting August 13th at 6:00 PM.
There will be an informational Open House on Monday 8/5/24, at Fleet Feet Des Moines beginning at 6:00 PM. You will meet the run coach, Lana Snyder, the mentors, and other like-minded participants. We will talk about the program and answer any questions you may have. This is your place of encouragement and "can do!" We won't leave anyone behind, you can do this!
