
Our 5k Training Program is designed to help you gain and maintain momentum. There are four levels of our 5k Training Program to meet you where you are and then continue to grow. Whether you're looking for a couch-to-5k program, a new group of running friends, or you want to set a new personal record, Fleet Feet Des Moines has the program for you! Our 5k Training Program will hold you accountable, support you throughout your journey, and connect you with others who have similar fitness goals.
Beginning Tuesday, August 5, receive 2x weekly coached sessions in preparation for the IMT Des Moines Marathon 5k on October 19. Training sessions are Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:00 AM. Additionally, registration includes weekly coaching emails, access to exclusive product demos, friendly pace-setters and mentors to keep you on track and provide encouragement, support and experience.
