With Fleet Feet’s Half Marathon Training Program Powered by On, you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered. Half Marathon training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our training plan, you and your fellow runners will bond as you train, learn and improve together, with plenty of support along the way.
Whether you are interested in completing your first half or wish to run a faster half, we have the running coaches, the training and support!
Twice weekly coached sessions -- Tuesdays at 6 PM and Saturdays at 7:45 AM in preparation for the IMT Des Moines Marathon.
