Want to get faster? Build endurance? Set a new PR? Starting Wednesday, July 17th, 2024, join our RRCA certified coaches for Speed Workouts every Wednesday night at 6:15 PM, at The Summit Middle School Track. Workouts end September 11th, 2023.
Cost is $50. , speed workouts are included with our Marathon or bundle programs only. Either contact us or come into the store to get registered. Drop in rate is $5 a workout, exact change is appreciated.
