Join us in preparing for Hattiesburg's newest fall 5K race! The Salute Red White & Blue 5K at Camp Shelby is sure to offer a unique experience for all runners and walkers.
Whether you're lacing up your running shoes for the first time or looking to hit a new personal best. The fall 5K training program is designed to help you cross the finish line feeling strong and confident. This 8-week, coach-led program provides a supportive, social environment for walkers, beginner runners, and intermediate runners alike.
With expert coaching, structured weekly workouts, and a proven training plan, you'll improve your fitness, gain running confidence, and have fun while doing it. Our goal is to help you successfully complete a 5K—whether you're running the whole way or using a run/walk method.
Organized Training sessions are Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm from Fleet Feet
