With Fleet Feet’s Training Program Powered by On, you’ll follow a holistic training plan designed to help you build the habits, mindset and fitness you need to cross the finish line feeling strong and empowered. Training for a full or half marathon isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.
Make new friends, hold one another accountable, and push each other to train for a half marathon! Whether you are looking to complete your first half marathon or set a new personal best, we are here to help you along the way. This 16 week program powered by On is designed to ensure you are fully prepared to accomplish your goals on race day. The program ends on December 14th so pick your desired race and go for it! The Rocket City Half Marathon in Huntsville, the Gulf Coast Half Marathon in Biloxi, and the St. Jude's Half Marathon in Memphis are all great options for early to mid December.
Training sessions will begin and end at Fleet Feet on Tuesday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7am.
Participants should be able to run 3 miles comfortably before starting the program.
