Program Fee: $50
Description: Do you want to begin your New Year running journey? Maybe you're hoping to improve your current 5k PR? Our Beginner/Intermediate 5K Training Program will help get you to the finish line and improve your race time. This program is geared to get you ready for the Catch the Leprechaun 5k Race on Saturday, March 1, 2025. The 8 week training program includes weekly group training sessions, a daily training schedule, and educational clinics. Our goal is to connect you with a supportive running community and move you towards your fitness goals!

Program Fee: $75 (Race Registration Fee not Included)
Description: Run your way to your first 1/2 marathon or improve your current time by joining the Fleet Feet Lexington's 14 week group training program. This program is for intermediate runners and geared to get you ready for the Horse Capital Half Marathon on April 12, 2025. Our goal is to help you to prepare for your 1/2 marathon by providing motivation, coaching, speed work, endurance long runs, and community support.

Program Start: 3 Months of Training after Initial Phone Call
Program Schedule: Customized Weekly Training Schedules
Program Fee: $275
Description: As a Personal Coaching client, you'll work one-on-one with your coach to build a completely custom online training plan for your goals. Your coach will provide support every step of the way via email, phone calls, virtual meetings, and comments on your activities on Strava. Our clients subscribe to Personal Coaching to prepare for a goal race, to receive structure and accountability, and to receive professional, evidence-based guidance on their personal athletic journey. We coach athletes of all levels, from first-time runners to marathoners, and everyone in between.
The 3 month training plan option is ideal for anyone looking for guidance on their next 10k to 1/2 marathon.
