Program Start: 3 Months of Training after Initial Phone Call

Description: As a Personal Coaching client, you'll work one-on-one with your coach to build a completely custom online training plan for your goals. Your coach will provide support every step of the way via email, phone calls, virtual meetings, and comments on your activities on Strava. Our clients subscribe to Personal Coaching to prepare for a goal race, to receive structure and accountability, and to receive professional, evidence-based guidance on their personal athletic journey. We coach athletes of all levels, from first-time runners to marathoners, and everyone in between.
The 3 month training plan option is ideal for anyone looking for guidance on their next 10k to 1/2 marathon.

Description: Run your way to your first 5k or improve your current time by joining Fleet Feet Lexington's 9 week group training program. This program is for beginner/ intermediate runners and geared to get you ready for " A Midsummer Night's Run 5k" on Saturday, August 9, 2025. The training program includes weekly group training sessions, a daily training schedule, and educational clinics. Our goal is to connect you with a supportive running community and move you towards your long term fitness goals!
