Description: Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel is committed to building a community for runners and walkers of all experience levels. Our goal is to bring together individuals to support one another in achieving our goals. But most importantly, our goal is to get together and have FUN! Fleet Feet Running Club is not an training program. The running club is an opportunity to meet up and RUN TOGETHER. Membership is FREE and includes weekly fun runs, special shopping days with discounts, extra discount on all Fleet Feet Running Club apparel and more. You will receive a monthly newsletter with upcoming fun runs, events, etc.

Program Start: December 2, 2024

Program Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday (1x Month), Saturday

Program Fee: $349

Description: Join us for 17 weeks of training starting the week of December 2nd, 2024. This training program is specifically designed to help you build your confidence, strength, speed, and endurance. This is program is designed to accommodate your Winter/Spring Race. Program pre-requisite: 6 weeks of consistent running 2-3x per week; able to run 3 miles comfortably. Program includes strength training and mobility exercises for injury prevention. All running paces and experience levels welcome. Amazing team to support you during the workouts. Receive annual racing team shirt (one given per year).
