
With Fleet Feet’s Marathon Training Program Powered by On and supported by Superfeet and Balega, you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered.Training for a full or half trail marathon isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery.
With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A training plan created by Coach Steve Epifano (SoCal Runner Coaching) tailored to your goal: 12 weeks for a half marathon, 16 weeks for a full marathon. (Full marathon training plan will begin on July 11, Half Marathon plan will begin on August 4th)
- 12-weeks of in-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun. (Group workouts start August 4th)
- Group meet ups 3x/week
- Tuesdays 5:45am - Hills + Strength
- Thursdays 5:45pm - Workout + Mobility
- Saturdays 7:30am - Long Run
- Weekly strength routines to build strength and prevent injury.
- Tips from coaches and mentors on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
- Technical team tee from On.
- 15% off On footwear throughout the program.
- Train for Casper's Trail Races (optional) on October 25th
