Have you ran a 10k and now looking to run a 1/2 Marathon? This program is a 16 week training program geared for the Maine Coast Half Marathon on May 3, 2025
What to expect:
- 16 week training program schedule
- In-person coaching 2x/week (Sunday's at 8am, Thursday's at 6pm)
- In-person PT sessions on 1/14, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 3/4, 3/25, 4/8, 4/22
- Strength training exercises
- Program beanie hat
- Before and after party to start and end the program
- Must be able to run 5 miles comfortably
- Lots of fun with other runners!
