Are you energetic, personable, and passionate about helping people move well and feel great? Both our Fleet Feet Nampa and Fleet Feet Meridian stores are looking for amazing individuals to join our team!

At Fleet Feet, we pride ourselves on creating a one-on-one retail experience for every customer—from our personalized outfitting process to pairing the perfect apparel and gear to meet their needs. Beyond the store, we’re deeply connected to our community, hosting and sponsoring runs all around the Treasure Valley and working to make everyone’s running and walking experience enjoyable.

What You’ll Do

• Work with customers to ensure the perfect fit for footwear, apparel, and accessories through our fit process.
• Promote in-store events and training programs.
• Learn the details of each product line—understanding fit, function, and benefits.
• Provide a unique and memorable experience for each customer, from start to finish.
• Build genuine relationships through active listening and thoughtful recommendations.
• Keep our store organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Represent Fleet Feet at community activities, races, and events.
• And most importantly—have fun doing it!

• Strong customer service skills in any situation.
• Open availability—including evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience is a plus!
