Program Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm; Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm; Saturday: 10 am to 11:30 am

Program Fee: $375

Description: Spike Up Athletics is a USA Track & Field (USATF) and Amateur Athletic Union (AAU)-Member Running, Jumping, & Throwing Club! Spike Up Athletics primarily provides middle and high school athletes the additional opportunity to train, grow, compete, and be successful in track & field athletics outside of their school seasons. Secondarily, we plan to serve our community by providing competitive level opportunities (not recreational level opportunities) for elementary school aged children, adaptive-disabled athletes, and able-bodied adults who still have the fire and spirit to participate in running, jumping, and throwing events that are sanctioned by a track & field athletics governing body.
