Saturday, May 17th, at 6:30pm, Michael Foucault, Certified Personal Trainer and General Manager of CFX Mishawaka will be taking us through an hour of the benefits of recovery in your training program and how to effectively taper before a race. We will learn hands-on myofascial release movements with simple tools you can do at home.
