Meet Kaden! Kaden is the store manager at Fleet Feet Pensacola, where he loves leading and mentoring his team. Prior to this role, Kaden owned and operated two nutrition store fronts in the Pensacola community. Serving those around him and making a positive impact is a driving force in Kaden’s life. Outside of work, Kaden enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and being with his family, girlfriend Lauren, and their puppy, Phoebe.

Lisa Williams

Meet Lisa! Lisa is originally from Memphis, TN. Lisa worked as a nurse for 25 years and has been running for the past 8 years. Lisa is familiar with Fleet Feet in Memphis and happy to join the team at Fleet Feet Pensacola. Lisa loves working with people and helping solve their foot issues. Lisa is one of Fleet Feet Mobile / Pensacola's community run ambassadors and is the run lead organizer for the Perdido Run Club. Run ambassadors are selected for their outstanding presence and true care for their community - someone just like Lisa!

Jaylen Roberts

Meet Jaylen! Jaylen loves being part of the team at Fleet Feet Pensacola and ran their first 5k shortly after coming onboard. Loving all the medals and bling, Jaylen has been enjoying working in run specialty. Jaylen is one of our outstanding outfitters and top notch merchandisers.

Mitch Neal

Meet Mitch! Mitch hails from the beautiful Southwest Virginia Area. She came to Pensacola with her Navy husband in June of 2023 and started working at Fleet Feet Pensacola shortly after. Mitch has been running since highschool, but discovered a true obsession with the sport through trail and ultra running in college. Mitch has a background in kitchen management and uses those skills in ordering for the store and handling inventory. However, you'll often catch her on the sales floor cracking jokes and talking about her love for wide toe boxes! On top of this, Mitch leads the Fleet Feet Pensacola weekly Run Clubs and coaches the store's Training Programs. Mitch is one of Fleet Feet's community run ambassadors and was chosen for her love and investment in the local fitness community. Mitch loves seeing people achieve their goals and fall in love with running! If you see her at the shop (or running on the UWF trails) make sure you say 'hello' and let her know how she can help you achieve your running/walking/comfort goals!

Robert Wilson

Meet Robert! Robert is a Pensacola transplant who relocated to the area after graduating from Mississippi State University in 2017. For fun, Robert enjoys all types of activities that allow him to be outside and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The 3 shoes Robert is currently running in are: Brooks Adrenaline, ASICS Novablast, and the ON Cloudeclipse. Robert is looking forward to meeting you at Fleet Feet and helping you find the perfect pair of shoes for your unique feet!

Romand Jordan

Meet Romand! Romand was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. He started running in middle school and his team won the district championship his last year there. Romand also won many running awards going into high school. In his free time, Romand loves helping out others and lifting weights. When he was younger and struggling to find motivation, Romand’s dad told him to “embrace the suck – when you start running, it's going to suck and it's going to hurt, so just embrace it and keep moving.” That has kept Romand going ever since!

Joseph Leary

Meet Joseph! Joseph was born and raised in Pensacola and has been serving the public for over 5 years. He likes to help people find the right products for their needs. Joseph is currently a student at Pensacola State College studying for a Bachelor's degree in Business. In his spare time, Joseph likes to go to the gym, hang with his friends and girlfriend, and play video games.
