They spend lots of time w each person and don't push the most expensive product in you if its not what is best for you- they pay attention to your needs and remember you Just a great experience overall each time I've been there! They were even able to fit my hubby in sneakers that are not the latest "Nike shocks" but actually fit him well and he doesn't complain constantly about his feet, hip and back hurting- And he is the biggest sneaker snob on the planet!!!

I love the personal touch. I was fitted in a pair of shoes and when I used them working out I had some issues with them. I brought them back and we started over to find the right shoe. I appreciated how thorough Kasey was in fitting me for a pair of shoes. I didn't feel rushed at all. I enjoyed the genuine conversation about running and shoes. My appointment was made on my schedule, which is very important to me. I was greeted when I walked in the door and was introduced to my foot specialist, who showed extreme detail to the issues I have had with my running and past injury when picking out the perfect shoes for me.
