Suggested Activity Level: Come In With a Base
To train safely and successfully, it’s important to start with a strong foundation. Building mileage too quickly is one of the leading causes of injury—so we ask that all participants meet the following activity levels before the program begins:
-
Half Marathon: Able to run or run/walk 4–5 miles consistently
-
Full Marathon: Able to run or run/walk 8–10 miles consistently
-
Mileage Base: Averaging 15–20 miles per week over the past 3–4 months
Need help getting there?
Register by June 30 to receive a complimentary 4-week Base Building Plan that will help you ramp up safely before training officially kicks off.
Registration
- Early Bird: $225 through June 30
- Regular: $250 starting July 1
- Race registration not included. No refunds after program start.
