Our Spring Marathon Training Program is designed to prepare you for the Big Sur 26.2 and 21-Miler, with customizable options for other spring marathons. Enjoy coached group runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays, plus a detailed day-by-day training plan to keep you on track throughout the program. With HOKA being the official sponsor of our training program, you'll have access to shoe demos and early looks at their latest footwear. Let’s make your spring race dreams a reality!
*For your best experience of the program, we recommend you be comfortable running, walking, or using run/walk for at least 4-6 miles, or up to 45:00-1:00:00 of continuous walking or running, before beginning this training program, but please contact us if you're not quite to that point yet! We can offer some suggestions and work together to create the best way for you to participate and train!
Fleet Feet Monterey recommends you consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness training program. This program does not include the race registration!
