Free to Move 5K: Run for Alyssa

Alyssa's Free to Move 5k is a tribute to Alyssa Lokits, who was tragically taken from us on October 14, 2024, while running in Nashville, TN.  Alyssa embodied vigilance and preparedness-- trained in self defense, running during daylight on a well-traveled trail.  Yet her loss serves as a sobering reminder of how far we have to go to ensure women's safety.

This event is more than a race-- it's a united call for change.

Free to Move is rooted in Alyssa's passion for advocating for women's empowerment and safety.  By participating, you are helping us create a world where every woman can exercise with confidence, unburdened by fear.
