First Watch 

We live/run in Franklin and love First Watch.  They have a ton of healthy choices!- Abby F 

First Watch! They have several healthy breakfast options - all of which are fantastic! And their coffee can't be beat. Best place to go after an early morning run.- Morgan H 

First Watch- Franklin Road! The food is great but the service is even better! It is the perfect spot to go with your running group as they will always allow you to pull up a chair...or table.. to make room for more! And when there is plenty of room and coffee flowing,the after run conversations are the best :)- Corrie H

Wild Eggs 

Wild Eggs downtown at 4th and Union. I first ate at the Louisville location and fell in love with their fresh, healthy menu. Thrilled that they have come to Nashville, it is well worth the trek post run, or any day for that matter.- Alice J 

Juice Bar 

I Love Juice Bar in Brentwood (or Berry Hill, or Green Hills, you get the idea). Healthy smoothies, made with all whole food ingredients without a soft serve machine in sight. The staff are awesome-- I went in a while back when I was horribly sick with a cold and in addition to the smoothie I ordered, they gave me a free "Sniffle Stopper" shot to help me feel better.- Jessica M

Fenwick's 300 

I like to go to Fenwicks 300 off franklin Rd. after a run for my breakfast. Fenwicks is actually solely a breakfast joint. I get the Fenwicks basic or the breakfast tacos, both which are super tasty. The food is the right amount after a run or workout and the service is great. Fenwicks is conveniently located and close to 12th south where many runners like to run and hang.- Luis A
