Run with us on Sunday mornings at 7:30 AM from various locations around town. Routes of three, and six and ten miles are provided through the RunGo app. We have Team Leads from 7:00/minute miles to Walk/Jog intervals, a Walking Division, and provide a water cooler at the Start/Finish.
