Training plan begins on March 31st with our first group training session on April 1st.
Looking for a spring goal? Our 8-Week Spring Training Program is here to help you maintain or improve your fitness while having fun and connecting with a supportive community. Whether you're gearing up for a race or just staying active, this program is perfect—even if you haven’t been running much lately!
Target Events:
- Run Madtown 10K & Half Marathon - May 24th/25th
- North Shore Classic Half Marathon - June 1st

Spring Training Highlights
- 8-Week Online Training Plan: Detailed and tailored for all levels, including two Run/Walk options.
- Expert Coaching: Professional, experienced, and certified coaches to guide you every step of the way.
- Group Sessions: Twice weekly, with mid-week speed/strength runs, and weekend long runs led by coaches and pacers/mentors.
- Tuesday Speed Work at 6pm and Saturday Long Runs at 8am
- Pace Teams: Leaders and mentors for various paces, including Run/Walk.
