Have you run a few 5Ks and are looking to move up in distance? Then train with Fleet Feet this spring for the Canton-Liberty 10K! This 8-week training program will incorporate hills and speed work and include tips on cross-training, nutrition, and strength training. And the best part is you'll get to train with like-minded people!
