
Summer of Speed Training Program
Take your training to the next level with Fleet Feet's Summer of Speed training program! This program is designed for any runner - from beginner to advanced. The program will meet twice a week to do speed workouts that are beneficial for any runner. The program will end with Fleet Feet's Summer of Speed track night: A 1-mile race on an actual track!
Program Details:
Program Start: June 9th
Schedule: Weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM
