Training Program description

Training is easier (and more fun) with friends! 

With Fleet Feet’s Half Marathon Training Program sponsored by ASICS, you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered. Half Marathon training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. Bond with other runners, learn and improve together and receive plenty of support from Fleet Feet running coaches along the way. By the time you cross the finish line of a Half Marathon, team members will have learned the importance of proper form, stretching, hydration, and nutrition - all the tools needed to get stronger.

• Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
• 2X weekly strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
