- 8 weeks of daily training with our expert coaches
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Training mileage up to 15K, prepping for longer distances in Fall 2025
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- Strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
- Coaching support in person and via email to answer your questions along the way.
Rock Runners
Program Start: Monday, May 5th, 2025
Program Schedule: Mondays at 6:30 pm at Lake Springfield Park and Saturday at 7:00 am at various Springfield trails.
