The 5K Training program is a learn to walk, run/walk or run program designed jump start fitness. During this program, participants are surrounded by a team of dedicated, motivated people all working toward the goal of becoming healthy and strong. By the time they cross the finish line of a 5K (3.1-mile) distance, team members will have learned the importance of proper form, stretching, hydration, and nutrition - all the tools needed to get started.

- 10 weeks of daily training with our expert coaches
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- Strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
- Coaching support in person and via email to answer your questions along the way.
5K Training
Program Start: Tuesday, January 14th, 2025, 6:00pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm at Parkway Northeast Middle School, Saturday mornings at 7:30am at various parks.
Program Fee: $110, excluding race fee ($10 Price Increase on January 6th, 2025)
