5 Exercises to Add to your Warm Up with Coach Grant
Don't skip the warm-up. Particularly during the winter months when the weather is colder and muscles can be tighter. In this video, Coach Grant talks about why you should warm up and demonstrates some exercises you should be doing before your next workout or run.
