As an oufitter at Fleet Feet, we see people with feet issues all the time. We are here to help.
As a coach for the distance program, we see and hear stories of aches and pains frequently. Again, we are here to help.
Georgia's coach was running behind one morning on a long run and noticed her feet were rolling in, even with her wearing a stability shoe. She was asked if she had ever worn Superfeet Insoles. She said no but would be willing to come into the store to try them.
She came in and tried both the orange and berry insoles. She started running and working out in them with some relief.
Some time went by and the coach asked if she was seeing the benefits of the insoles. She shared she was seeing some but as she was training for the Dopey Challenge, she was often in pain. The coach recommended the new ME3D insole to help with this intensive training.
Because the insoles are produced specifically for your feet, Georgia immediately saw relief when she was doing jumping workouts at the gym. She doesn't have the knee pain she was experiencing.
Because the insoles were shipped to her house, she was concerned she would mess them up during the trimming process. (Fleet Feet encourages you to have them shipped to store to avoid this concern.)
If you are someone that has any pain/discomfort while being active, stop into either location to have your feet scanned to see if a ME3D insole can help you.
