Why Coach Caitlyn Loves No Boundaries 5k & 10k Training
No Boundaries is a wonderful running and walking program that is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and work towards reaching the 5k or 10k distance. I have been coaching the program in a variety of roles over the last few years and there is nothing more exciting than watching our athletes cross that finish line on race day and seeing the joy and pride on their faces. As a coach, it is inspiring and humbling to be a part of each athlete's journey during our time together. Their commitment, dedication, and joy are contagious and there are no words to describe the friendships and comradery that is formed. To see everyone go from our first workout on week one to crossing the finish line at our goal race is incredibly moving and inspiring. I am excited for the start of our summer program and to support and encourage you as you reach your goals!
