Whether it is a 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon that is on your bucket list. This event is designed to get you the information you need to get to the start line.
Come join Fleet Feet Syracuse for a night of education and information sharing to help you with the tools you will need to reach the finish line!
Topics will include: Equipment needs, hydration/nutrition, training tips from brand professionals and experienced runners.
Presenters are Fleet Feet Syracuse, Nourished by Emily, Alloy Personal Training, and Redeem Physical Therapy and Performance.
When: Wednesday, July 16th at 5:30 pm
