The Fleet Feet Outfitting Process focuses on providing you with running shoes that fit properly,
gear that improves your experience and knowledge to help you move your best—whether that’s
a 10-minute walk or a three-hour marathon. Book your virtual appointment now to meet with one of our
highly trained and knowledgeable Outfitters, and get on the road to finding all the right gear for
you!

Here's how it works:

1. Schedule an Appointment

Call (315) 446-1444 or email sbeney@fleetfeetsyracuse.com to select a day and time. Then, we send you a text to join a Zoom video call.

2. Join the Zoom Call

At the time of your appointment, click the link to sign in and have your current shoes handy.

3. Talk with Your Outfitter

Tell us about yourself. If you experienced our 3D scanning, we use that to personalize the recommendation even further!

4. Wear Pattern & Gait Analysis

We ask to see the tread on your shoes to assess the wear pattern and watch you walk so we can analyze your gait.

5. See Your Shoe Options

Then, we recommend a few shoe options to help you select your next pair.

6. Select Your Delivery Method

Orders over $99 can be shipped for free! We also offer contactless curbside pickup.
