We’d like to introduce Jennifer Murphy, a certified personal trainer and Ironman All World Athlete. Jen started her fitness journey casually running and transitioned to a competitive triathlete. With dedication and hard work she crossed the finishline at Ironman Lake Placid in 2018 but still wanted more. The ‘more’ that Jen wanted was to help others achieve these same feelings of accomplishment whether it be weight-loss, endurance training, functional strength, or nutrition.
Jen now works daily on finding new recipes to nourish the body, as well as creating fun and challenging workouts for her clients. She is an active competitor herself with podium finishes at local triathlons as well as earning a spot at Ironman World Championships. Her approach to fitness is the same as that of a teacher; with goals, collaboration, hard work, and commitment everyone will succeed. She truly believes that fitness is for life and through it, you can not only change your body but your mind, attitude, and overall well-being.
