Thank you for considering Fleet Feet Sports as your community partner. It is our hope that we will have a positive impact on the health of our community through partnerships of charitable giving. We consider every sponsorship and donation request for organizations that are taking the initiative to promote a healthy lifestyle in our community through sports and activity. These requests are reviewed and given priority based on the reach and impact of the programming and event that fits within our guidelines.
To help us do our best to fulfill requests for sponsorships or donations, we kindly ask that you complete the online application form and submit it at least 30 days prior to your event date. While we wish we could fulfill each and every request submitted to us, the large volume of such inquiries forces us to be selective when allocating our resources. Unfortunately, this means all requests cannot be fulfilled.
Donation Criteria
We consider requests for donations from non-profit organizations and Fleet Feet Sports industry partners that meet the following criteria:
- Organization or event must positively affect the community and/or promote a healthy lifestyle through sports and activity.
- For event sponsorships, packet pick-up must be held at one or both Fleet Feet locations the entire day during regular store hours.
- 501(c)(3) Organization must provide Tax ID number.
- Organization must be in the state of Arizona.
Event Sponsorship Criteria
- Where applicable, packet pick-up for the event must be held at one or both Fleet Feet locations the entire day during regular store hours.
- Event and/or beneficiary of proceeds must positively affect the community and/or promote a healthy lifestyle through sports and activity.
- Event must demonstrate proven track record of attendance, organization and safety.
- Organization must be in the state of Arizona.
Restrictions
In order to maintain focus, Fleet Feet Sports does not provide charitable donations to the following:
- Individuals or teams
- Political parties and advocacy groups
- Religious groups
- Private schools
Review Process
Fleet Feet Sports requires a minimum of 30 days to review your request. Please allow at least three weeks for any given response based on the purposes of processing. NOTE: A completed application is not an agreement to honor your request.
