Fall 2024 10K Training
Program Start: August 13, 2024
Program Schedule: Two meetings per week on Tuesday @ 6:15 pm and early Saturday mornings (5-7 am)
Program Fee: $150.00
Description: Whether you want to tackle a new challenge or get faster, our 10K Run/Walk and Continuous Run Programs will help you take your fitness to the next level. At Fleet Feet, you will find a community to cheer you, challenge you, and help you reach your goals. We suggest you are comfortable run/walking for 30 minutes prior to joining this program. We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program. We will train together for 18 weeks.
