Program Schedule: Two meetings per week on Tuesday @ 6:15 pm and early Saturday mornings (5-7 am)

Program Fee: $150.00
Description: Whether you want to tackle a new challenge or get faster, our 10K Run/Walk and Continuous Run Programs will help you take your fitness to the next level. At Fleet Feet, you will find a community to cheer you, challenge you, and help you reach your goals. We suggest you are comfortable run/walking for 30 minutes prior to joining this program. We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program. We will train together for approximately 10 weeks. More information will be sent after registering and closer to the start date. This season starts on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, with a meeting followed by a run and breakfast as part of the Able Nutrition and Fitness event at McDonald Park!
