Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona HungerWalk 2025

Get out, get active, and give back! 

Today, 1 in 7 people and 1 in 5 children in Arizona are at risk for hunger.  

HungerWalk brings together families, friends, and community members to walk, raise awareness, and funds to end hunger. This is a fun event for all ages, and features music, entertainment, healthy snacks, games, activities, and more! 

Join us on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, @ 8:00 am at the Kino Sports Complex, or remotely for a 1-mile stroll at a location of your choosing.  

Wherever you walk and however you give, you can follow along on Facebook and Instagram with #HungerWalk2025 and tell us why YOU walk! 

The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona responds to the root causes of hunger, and seeks to restore dignity, health, opportunity and hope to people living in poverty. Their mission is to change lives in the communities they serve by feeding the hungry today, and building a healthy, hunger-free tomorrow. 

Their programs include emergency food assistance and free meals, as well as a farmers’ market, community gardens, nutrition education, culinary training, support for local growers and food systems, advocacy, and more. They partner with over 400 organizations to serve five counties of Southern Arizona—over 23,000 square miles.
