Innovative Alternative Clinic Open House and Cocktail Hour

Join us as we celebrate the recent opening of the Innovative Alternative Clinic in Tucson with a free recovery cocktail hour and open house.  

Innovative Alternative Clinic is a new Tucson business that focuses on the recovery needs of each individual using cutting-edge technology. They customize treatments for each person to maximize the body’s ability to stimulate its own healing processes.

Georganne Moline is a former Olympian and University of Arizona Wildcat who specialized in the 400-meter hurdles. At Arizona, she anchored the 4X400 relay, setting indoor and outdoor school records in 2010. During the 2012 outdoor college season, Moline won the 400m hurdles title at the Pac-12 Championships. She competed in the 2012 Olympics 400-meter hurdles final, finishing fifth. Moline also won gold at the 2018 World Indoor Championships in the 4x400-meter relay.  

Known affectionately as The Black Cactus, Abdi Abdirahman was born in Mogadishu, Somalia, and came to the US at age 12. His incredible career began at Tucson High School, Pima Community College, and The University of Arizona. In 1998, he was named the Pac 10's Male Athlete of the Year and he became a US citizen in 2000. He's competed nationally and internationally in various events, specializing in the 10000 meters and the marathon, and is a 5-time Olympian. In 2020 at 43, Abdi became the oldest American to make an Olympic team. 

Leanda Cave is a former Pro Triathlete and 4x World Triathlon Champion and was the first woman to win both the Ironman Triathlon World Championship (Kona, 2012) and the Ironman 70.3 World Championship (Las Vegas, 2012) in the same year. She has numerous other titles, including winning the European Under-23 Triathlon Championships in 2001, the World Triathlon Series in 2002, and the ITU Long Distance World Championships in 2007. She is a USAT & Ironman Certified Triathlon & Multisport Coach. 

There will be cocktails, appetizers, and music. There will also be an opportunity to meet and greet Georganne, Abdi, and Leanda.
