Saucony Running 201 10K Program for Intermediate Runners
Our popular Running 201 group begins Monday, January 13 at 6 p.m. from our Tanque Verde location. This group, which meets once weekly at various locations, targets people who are currently running 2-3 miles and would like to build to 6-7 miles. We use a run/walk method to build mileage and endurance gradually, allowing your body to adapt to new levels of impact. Cost for this 16-week program is $100 and includes a tech shirt, entry into the Cinco de Mayo 10K and experienced coaching.
Brooks Marathon Program
Are you ready to take on the challenge of the marathon? We're kicking off our 22-week Spring Marathon Training Program on Saturday, January 11 and targeting 2014 marathons in the mid-May to June timeframe. Program cost is $175, which includes a detailed training plan, two coached workouts per week, a technical t-shirt and camaraderie! Stay tuned for more details.
Beginner Triathlon Program
Ready to give it a TRI? Join us for Fleet Feet Tucson's Beginner Triathlon Training Program, which begins January 19 and concludes with participation in the Oro Valley Sprint Triathlon on April 5th, 2014. (Race entry not included.) Program cost is $200 and includes an 11-week training schedule, 2 group workouts each week, low athlete-to-coach ratio, and a stylish team technical shirt. There will be a mandatory informational meeting on Thursday, January 16 at 6:15pm at Fleet Feet Tanque Verde prior to our first workout.
